Quirks & Quinine – ABV 8.0%

A collaboration between Dutch brewers, De Molen and Beavertown brings a very special Farmhouse Ale. This Gin & Tonic inspired beer is seasoned with juniper berries, coriander seeds, lemon peel and the bitter cinchona bark to create the craft beer version of a good old Gin Tonic.

Death by Disco – ABV 10.0%

Imperial Blueberry Sweet Stout

There is evil in the world, and then there’s disco.This beautiful sweet stout collab brewed with Cervesiam and Frontaal serves as a big tasty warning that , as George Santayana said: ” Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it”.

Hybrid DIPA – ABV 8.7%

Five Point’s first ever DIPA, uses an unusual hybrid Kudriavzevii strain which gives a gentle spicy Belgian yeast character to complement lush, stone-fruit flavours of apricot, peach and mango the hops.

Hybrid DIPA was brewed with Wild Beer Co.

Full Frontaal – ABV 9.6%

Aroma is like a steaming latte, set in front of you. Brewed expertly with Hasbean Limoncillo Ethiosar Natural coffee beans adding to the thick body and chewiness of the beer style. The cinder toffee notes of the coffee mingle with a walnuttiness and the digestive biscuit flavour of the grain bill. A deliciously bold beer, that’ll stand out stark for its style.

Collaboration with Brouwerij Frontaal

Dual Runnings Quadrupel – ABV 12%

Collaboration with Kernel, brewed and bottled in 2015. This is a brilliantly balanced Quad with flavours of caramel and toffee.

Look: Pours light brown with a nice white head.

Aroma: Peaches, caramel and a hint of coffee.

Taste: Big flavours and toffee and dried fruit with a big boozy kick the 12% ABV.

Verdict: Two years is a long time to wait for a beer, but we think you’ll agree the results are worth it.

Revolutionary ABV 8.5%

This rebel is brewed with a huge blend of new age hops, olicana (UK), rakau (NZ), Styrian wolf (Slovenia), and summit & columbus (USA). Challenge your taste buds with this powerful onslaught of flavour; then embrace & champion!.

DIPA with Uiltje Brewing Co – ABV 8.5%

Brewed with a plan to “chuck in a silly and irresponsible amount of hops” including Mitra, and Simcoe, this is packed with pine, fruit and alcohol warmth.

Look: Amber-orange and hazy; fine carbonation with a lasting white head.

Aroma: Pine and tropical fruits such as mango with some spiciness, and grapefruit and zesty orange undertones.

Taste: More fruit – loads of pineapple and pine, nice chewy medium-bodied bite and a dry finish.

Verdict: That ‘silly and irresponsible ‘amount of hops has churned out an unsurprisingly in-your-face DIPA. Solid, solid, stuff. 

Basqueland Stout – ABV 8.0%

A collaboration with Basqueland Brewing Project. A scrumptious imperial stout bursting with notes of coffee and chocolate. A generous helping of oats and a hint of brown sugar makes this stout exceptionally smooth and gives it a sweet toffee-like finish.

Unfourseen Consequences Quadrupel – ABV 9.7%

One-off Quadrupel made in collaboration with Weird Beard that has been ‘dry-nibbed’ with cacao.

Look: Deepest brown, with a white head that quickly reduces to nil.

Aroma: Salted caramel, raisins and milk chocolate.   

Taste: Creamy, toffee-rich decadence with a unashamedly boozy finish.

Verdict: Booze-soaked Tiramasu loaded with dried fruit and caramel. Get one while you can.
